Erin Cutter is a seasoned healthcare revenue cycle and revenue integrity executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience spanning hospitals, academic medical centers, and physician group practices. Her expertise lies in charge capture optimization, Charge Description Master (CDM) management, denial prevention strategies, strategic pricing, and reimbursement enhancement across diverse healthcare settings, including acute care, critical access hospitals, and rural health clinics.
She has held senior roles across multiple healthcare organizations, where she has led transformational initiatives including system-wide Cerner Millennium and EPIC implementations, the development of new Revenue Integrity departments, and programs that have significantly reduced denial rates and increased captured revenue. Erin currently serves as a Revenue Cycle Consultant at Integrated Revenue Integrity.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Informatics from Southern New Hampshire University and is certified in multiple areas of coding and revenue cycle management, including CPC, COC, CHRI, and CRCR.
Erin is a recognized leader in professional associations. She has served in various leadership capacities with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Northern New England Chapter, including as Chapter President in 2021, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the National Association of Healthcare Revenue Integrity (NAHRI).
