Annual Impact Analysis

Each year, hundreds of changes are made to the CPT and HCPCS code sets. Updating your CDM and associated systems in an accurate and timely manner is essential to avoiding billing delays, denials, or improper reimbursement.

IRI consultants immediately begin analyzing annual code changes as soon as they are released. By mid-late November, we have completed a thorough analysis of every code change.

Our annual CDM Impact Analysis provides you with a detailed tool for quickly and accurately updating your CDM to comply with annual coding changes. Simply provide us with an export of your CDM file and we will quickly turn around a detailed analysis that identifies every charge in your current CDM which will be impacted by the code changes, along with details or instructions related to the new or revised codes. We also provide a complete listing of all new, revised, and deleted codes, with crosswalks to appropriate replacement codes.
