Julie Hall is a transformative leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, with over 35 years of experience driving operational efficiency, enhancing compliance, and optimizing financial performance for healthcare organizations. As Director of Consulting at Bolder Healthcare/The ROI Companies, Julie specialized in charge master reviews, educational workshops, and on-site training programs, consistently delivering measurable improvements in revenue cycle efficiency and staff performance across hospitals nationwide.

Throughout her career, Julie has held several impactful leadership roles. At Morton Hospital, she served as Director of Revenue Systems, overseeing comprehensive system optimizations. As Director of Patient Access at Southcoast Health Systems, she led initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance patient access. Earlier in her career, as Manager of Patient Accounts at Brockton Hospital, she advanced patient account management practices and implemented solutions for reimbursement challenges.

Julie’s extensive expertise includes charge master development, service line analysis, managed care contracting, budgeting, policy development, and reimbursement variance recovery. Her technical proficiency is further enhanced by her EPIC ARCR Lead Prelude/Cadence certification. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is a certified hospital outpatient coder.

Julie’s commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her certifications as an Executive of Healthcare Revenue Cycle (EHRC) and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR). She is an active member of the healthcare finance community, currently serving as Secretary of the Massachusetts/Rhode Island Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Chapter. Additionally, she is a certified member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the Massachusetts Association of Patient Account Managers (MAPAM).
