Principal Consultant

Rob is an experienced healthcare advisory consultant, specializing in operational areas including denials management, charge capture, revenue cycle, revenue integrity, chargemaster, claims, provider reimbursement, price transparency, and business systems.

Prior to his tenure in consulting, Rob held various management positions including Director of Medical Information and Revenue Manager at MassGeneral Brigham- Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Manager of Compliance and Reimbursement at LRGHealthcare.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Rob has dedicated his career to assisting hospitals and healthcare organizations with revenue cycle and has particular expertise with implementing revenue cycle process improvements.

Rob is also a past president for the NH/VT chapter of hfma (now the Northern New England Chapter) and has served as Regional Executive for Region 1. Rob was awarded the Founders Medal of Honor in 2021 for his dedication and leadership to the association.

Rob earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and policy from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He earned the designation of Fellow from the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a certified outpatient coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders.
